About the Role

The Senior Finance Analyst on the Data and Analytics finance support team will play a key role in driving business growth and success at CVS Health. This position will be responsible for partnering with Finance and Data and Analytics leadership to create budgets and forecasts, as well as supporting the organization by handling inquiries related to budget/forecast and results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take a key role in creating accurate and timely department reporting
  • Participate in capital and expense budget and forecast process
  • Create measures to ensure accuracy in the budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Triangulate data to determine appropriate path
  • Partner in providing budget and forecast visibility to senior leadership
  • Develop a deep understanding of accounting underpinnings of performance
  • Ensure budgeting and forecasting processes are well documented with detailed procedures
  • Represent Data and Analytics Finance support on cross-functional teams
  • Support ad hoc projects
Requirements
  • 2+ years of budgeting and forecasting experience
  • 1+ years of SAP/S4 experience
  • 1+ years of Excel experience, specifically Vlook-up and Pivot tables, and PPT
  • 1+ years of analytical skills
  • 1+ years of experience working with tight deadlines and managing multiple projects
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA
  • Large Organization Experience
Education
  • Bachelor's Degree, with concentration in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field required or equivalent years of related professional work experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is $43,000.00 to $102,000.00 per year. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
