We are seeking Foundation Repair Technicians (Construction General Laborers). This role is crucial to our operations, as you will travel to various residences to implement foundation repair, crawl space sealing, basement moisture control, and concrete lifting solutions. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in construction, home improvement, trade work, general labor, or landscaping.

Requirements to join our team as a General Laborer - Installer:

  • Transport materials from the warehouse to job sites
  • Assist with site preparation and cleanup
  • Excavate and backfill trenches or holes as needed
  • Lift heavy items and perform physically demanding tasks
  • Stand and walk for extended periods
  • Engage in strenuous labor, often in challenging conditions
  • Access crawl spaces and confined areas
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by supervisors
  • A valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift heavy objects, up to 50 lbs., and engage in prolonged standing and walking
  • Capability to lift, push, pull, or carry items while maintaining endurance
  • Good manual dexterity and coordination are essential
  • Excellent stamina is required for the role
  • Visual acuity to read reports and data on screens is necessary
