Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Repair Technician to join our team at Clark Construction Group. As a Heavy Equipment Repair Technician, you will be responsible for performing electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic repairs on heavy equipment such as excavators, loaders, and other construction equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic problems on heavy equipment

• Perform welding and fabrication tasks as needed

• Read and interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics

• Assess equipment to determine cause of issues or failures

• Conduct DOT truck and trailer inspections

• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent

• 3-5 years of experience in heavy equipment repair preferred

• Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather and uneven surfaces

• Ability to lift 50 pounds

• Welding certifications preferred

• Willingness to learn additional responsibilities
