Job Summary

The Executive Vice President of Philanthropy will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve our fundraising goals, managing a team of fundraising professionals, and building relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, foundations, and corporate partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies to achieve annual goals
  • Lead a team of fundraising professionals to achieve fundraising targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, foundations, and corporate partners
  • Collaborate with the CEO and other senior leaders to develop and implement organizational strategies
  • Manage budgets and financial reports to ensure effective use of resources
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in fundraising and philanthropy
Requirements
  • Minimum of 15 years of senior-level experience in fundraising and philanthropy
  • Proven track record of success in achieving fundraising goals and building relationships with key stakeholders
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading a team of fundraising professionals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork
