**Job Title:** Senior Contract Administration Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Contract Administration Specialist to join our team at Greenberg-Larraby, Inc. (GLI). As a key member of our contracts department, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all phases of contract administration and compliance for our projects.

**Estimated Salary:** $120,000 - $150,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and Negotiating Contracts: Review, draft, and negotiate various types of contracts ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with project managers and other departments to ensure contract terms are clearly understood and adhered to.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain comprehensive records of all contract-related documentation and correspondence.
  • Risk Assessment and Compliance: Perform risk assessments and provide recommendations related to contract terms and conditions.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor contract performance and compliance with terms and conditions.
  • Point of Contact: Serve as a primary point of contact for contract-related inquiries from internal teams and external partners.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to staff on contract management processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management in large government contracts in IT and/or Health services.
  • Cleared Space Experience: Experience working in the Cleared space.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Strong understanding of legal and regulatory compliance issues.
  • Negotiation and Analytical Skills: Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to leverage and maintain relationships with Government CORs.
  • Knowledge of Regulations: Knowledge and experience with FAR, DFAR, VAAR, and contracts relations with prime contractors and subcontractors.
  • Contract Types: Experience with FFP, T&M, Cost Plus, and others.
  • Certifications: Member NCMA preferred, contracts certifications preferred.
