Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Government Contract Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for administering and managing government contracts, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing excellent customer service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and manage government contracts, ensuring timely execution and compliance with contractual obligations.
- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and optimize contract performance.
- Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure shared understanding of contract requirements and goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in contract administration, with a focus on government contracts.
- Proven track record of successfully administering and managing government contracts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with FAR, DFAR, VAAR and contracts relations with prime contractors and subcontractors.
