Contract Management and Administration Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Contract Management Specialist to join our team at JP Systems, Inc. This individual will be responsible for managing all aspects of contract management, including employee relations, contract management, and federal compliance.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience working with the Federal Government in a service delivery/contracting capacity and a deep understanding of Federal contract administration, compliance, and a proven track record in contract management.
Responsibilities- Contract Management: Expert knowledge in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) with current hands-on experience in federal cost and pricing analysis, terms and conditions, and contract specifications.
- Employee Relations: Effectively communicate with employees at all levels, explaining compliance requirements, PWS updates, implications of contract Mods and deliverables processes.
- Federal Compliance: Manage Federal Regulatory Enforcement of Regulations including but not limited to FAR, prepare and review SubK documents, and collect associated documents W9s, Certificates of Insurance.
We offer a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience.
