Job Title: Contract Management Specialist

J P Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced Contract Management Specialist to join our team in a highly visible and critical leadership role in contract management of our Federal business operations, project compliance and subcontractor management. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Federal contract administration, compliance, and a proven track record in contract management.

A minimum of 15 years of experience working with the Federal Government in a service delivery/contracting capacity is required. Experience with existing VA client offices is preferred.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, developing and managing new partner Teaming Agreements and Subcontractor Agreements. They will also oversee Subcontractor onboarding and document collection.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in working with clients in contractual and program & project management
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems and make decisions in difficult situations
  • Experienced professional in supporting proposal efforts both on a contractual basis and technical components related to Healthcare IT

Compensation and Benefits
* Estimated salary: $130,000 - $170,000 per year
