Job Title: Contract Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Contract Management Specialist to join our team at Draper Labs in Cambridge, MA. As a key member of our Contracts and Subcontracts department, you will be responsible for assisting with proposal preparation, contract negotiation, fact finding, and contract administration.

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with proposal preparation, contract negotiation, fact finding, and contract administration
  • Support the execution of current contracts and work with customers to proactively communicate, problem solve, and manage risk
  • Review contract modifications and administer system updates through various systems used within the Contracts Organization
  • Prepare non-disclosure agreements (NDAs)
  • Compile and maintain contractual records and documents in accordance with contract requirements and company policies

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Law, International Business, Business Law, Business Management, Political Science, or a similar field
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to ever-changing environments, risks, and vulnerabilities
  • Strong computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
