NikSoft Systems Corporation, a CMMI Level 3 Certified company, is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator Lead to support the Company Executives. This role requires developing detailed contracts and agreements, managing business relationships, and other tasks in support of business operations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Government contracting and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining excellent communication skills and adhering to a high-volume workload. This is a full-time position with competitive benefits and salary around $90,000-$120,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creation, review, negotiation, and administration of Prime Contracts, Subcontracts, Purchase Orders, Task Orders, Contract Modifications, Teaming and Non-Disclosure Agreements.
  • Contracts administration to ensure compliance by providing guidance and support to Program Managers, interpreting terms and conditions, monitoring contract performance, and timely submittal of required reports.
  • Working regularly with FAR requirements, schedules, proposal developments, statements of work, cost and pricing data, contractual flow-down, cost accounting standards (CAS), bids, prices, terms of payment, and availability of services to be provided.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of contracts and/or subcontracts management experience with US Federal Government.
  • Law Degree, Legal education, and/or experience is highly preferred.
  • Excellent teaming capabilities with strong ability to navigate complex agreements with qualified industry partners.
  • Extensive experience in directing, managing/supervising the contracting process; including formation, negotiation, and administration activities.
