The Insurance Account Manager at Independent Insurance Agents of Texas (IIAT) is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and managing insurance policies with precision. Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding their insurance policies.
- Process new policy applications, renewals, and cancellations with ease.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer inquiries and issues.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes.
- Ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping and data management.
Requirements
- Hold a valid insurance license and have a minimum of two years of experience in insurance account management.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of insurance products, rating procedures, and underwriting procedures.
- Exhibit excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Compensation
$15.00 - $20.00 per hour
