Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Office Admin to join our team at LHH Recruitment Solutions. As a Medical Office Admin, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our healthcare facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the front desk, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and verifying patient information.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations.
  • Liaise with healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and insurance providers, to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Manage billing and insurance claims, ensuring timely and accurate submission, and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Evaluate charge information to ensure accuracy and make corrections as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of office administration experience.
  • Valid driver's license and driving record.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience with EMR/Medical Record Systems/Electronic Health.
  • Associate's degree.
  • 2+ years of computer and office equipment experience.
Compensation and Benefits

$19-$20/hour, DOE.
