About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly ambitious and results-oriented Outside Sales Representative Lead to join our Chicago team. As a Business Development Executive at Paycom, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and expanding existing client relationships.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • You will lead the sales process from prospecting to closing, developing and executing strategies to meet or exceed quarterly targets.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Paycom's products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • You will build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers and influencers, to drive revenue growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, follow up on leads, and track progress toward quarterly targets.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a competitive environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse groups.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines, while maintaining a high level of productivity.
