Key Responsibilities

Your contributions will include:

  • Cultivating and nurturing extensive client relationships across various levels, focusing on establishing connections at the appropriate tiers within the organization.
  • Implementing the strategic plan tailored for the client.
  • Ensuring the successful execution of the Joint Customer Business Plan (JCBP).
  • Maximizing resource utilization to enhance operational profitability.

Additional Role Insights

Specific Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1-3 years in a customer-facing position within the FMCG/CPG sector, with demonstrated selling and negotiation expertise; experience in HQ selling is advantageous.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain successful partnerships.
  • Excellent organizational skills.

Relocation support is available within the country, and minimal assistance is offered for candidates voluntarily relocating internationally through our Volunteer International Transfer Policy.
