In this role, you will collaborate with clients to establish and implement a successful growth strategy that benefits both Mondelēz International and our partners.
Key Responsibilities
Your contributions will include:
- Cultivating and nurturing extensive client relationships across various levels, focusing on establishing connections at the appropriate tiers within the organization.
- Implementing the strategic plan tailored for the client.
- Ensuring the successful execution of the Joint Customer Business Plan (JCBP).
- Maximizing resource utilization to enhance operational profitability.

- Knowledge of diverse clients, market entry strategies, organizational structures, and business practices.
- Proficient negotiation and influence skills.
Additional Role Insights
Specific Requirements:
- A minimum of 1-3 years in a customer-facing position within the FMCG/CPG sector, with demonstrated selling and negotiation expertise; experience in HQ selling is advantageous.
- Proven ability to build and maintain successful partnerships.
- Excellent organizational skills.
Relocation support is available within the country, and minimal assistance is offered for candidates voluntarily relocating internationally through our Volunteer International Transfer Policy.
