Our company, CreditAssociates, is a premier debt resolution firm dedicated to providing individuals with overwhelming debt problems a fresh financial start. As a Debt Resolution Specialist, you will play a vital role in helping our clients seize the day and achieve their life goals.



Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Debt Resolution Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for introducing our existing clients to our partner, a trusted licensed consolidation loan company, and helping them accelerate their debt. You will handle outbound and inbound calls from our clients to increase our application rate with our partner.



Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:




  • Ensuring high-level client satisfaction while providing a world-class client experience
  • Motivating and retaining clients to graduate from our program and become debt-free
  • Resolving client concerns by asking probing questions, reselling the benefits of the program, and revisiting their goals and reasons for desiring debt freedom
  • Communicating clearly and confidently with clients regarding financial, debt, and credit-related questions
  • Cultivating and maintaining client relationships to deescalate tension and emotion
  • Providing information, support, and counseling to clients in an upbeat professional manner
  • Meeting call flow requirements, productivity metrics, KPI goals, and schedule adherence
  • Maintaining client information utilizing business software systems, training, and tools
  • Supporting and communicating with team members professionally and respectfully
  • Contributing to building a positive team culture


Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess:




  • Comfort and skill in overcoming objections, selling program benefits, problem-solving, and emotional resolution
  • At least 1 year of account management, retention, or sales experience
  • Experience in a fast-paced call center environment is preferred
  • Financial services-related experience is a plus, but not required
  • Bilingual skills in English/Spanish are a plus and receive additional compensation
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer operations skills are required
  • Experience using Salesforce and Vonage is preferred
  • A high school diploma or equivalent education is required, and a bachelor's degree is a plus


Salary and Benefits

As a Debt Resolution Specialist at CreditAssociates, you can expect a competitive salary of around $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on your experience. Our company also offers excellent benefits, including Medical, Dental, Vision, and company-paid Life Insurance.
