Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for Surgical Oncology to provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients undergoing medical and surgical oncology treatments. This is a full-time, day shift role where you will be part of a team that delivers exceptional care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering chemotherapy and bio therapies.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans for oncology patients.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including surgeons, oncologists, and palliative care specialists.
  • Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed.
  • Educate patients and families about treatment plans and post-surgical care.
  • Participate in Unit-Based Council and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain high standards of safety and compliance with hospital policies and oncology protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of related oncology experience
  • Licensure: Current and valid RN license
