Position Title: Window Washer

Reports To: Director, Manager of Facilities & Engineering

Supervises: N/A

Summary of Position

The primary responsibility of the window washer is to ensure the cleanliness of all interior and exterior glass surfaces throughout the resort. The individual must possess expertise in treating and eliminating hard water stains. Additionally, the role involves performing general maintenance tasks for the resort and its facilities. While executing the duties of a window washer, the team member is frequently required to walk, work from ladders and scaffolds at heights of up to 80 feet, and lift weights of 50 pounds or more.

  1. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following and are subject to change at management's discretion:
  • Hand wash all exterior and interior windows using appropriate tools;
  • Work from ladders and scaffolds at significant heights;
  • Ensure all windows are spotless, clear, and free from streaks;
  • Knowledge of treating and removing hard water stains is essential;
  • Prioritize work orders and ensure timely completion;
  • Complete all assigned tasks efficiently;
  • Coordinate supply orders with management/supervisor;
  • Conduct weekly inventories of supplies and equipment;
  • Perform additional duties as required, including general maintenance tasks;
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a non-gaming license.

  • High school diploma or GED; Must have at least one year of experience or familiarity with window washing.

While performing the duties of this position, the team member is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, talk or hear. Must be able to use handheld communication devices. The team member must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
