We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented EVS Attendant to join our team at the Inn of the Mountain Gods. As a key member of our Housekeeping Department, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our public spaces, ensuring a positive experience for our guests.

• Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep and mop entry floors, clean entry glass doors, dust and clean baseboards, ceiling and floor vents, and perform other cleaning tasks as assigned.
• Guest Services: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to guest inquiries and concerns, and maintain a positive and friendly demeanor at all times.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve departmental goals, support colleagues, and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, respond to changing priorities, and maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency.

• Education: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience: Six months to one year of job-related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Physical Demands: Frequently stand, walk, use hands, to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, talk or hear. Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and organized public space. The team member will be exposed to a second-hand smoke-filled environment and may be subject to high stress environments.
