Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Client Service Consultant to enhance our Employee Benefits division. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in teamwork, possess strong communication skills, and have a passion for continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Management:
  • Oversee all facets of client accounts, ensuring robust relationships with executive-level clients and effectively communicating intricate strategies.
  • Develop and manage tailored service scopes for clients, encompassing healthcare strategies and financial plans.
  • Keep clients informed about new product offerings and compliance updates.
  • Evaluate existing insurance and strategize for future needs, driving revenue growth for both clients and the company.
  • Coordinate project timelines, detailing tasks, durations, and resources required for successful completion.
  • Prepare complex Requests for Proposals (RFPs), manage vendor negotiations, and analyze proposals from insurance carriers.
  • Craft and deliver customized presentations and communications for client employee populations.
  • Review client communications and proposals, providing constructive feedback to team members.
  • Manage client financial budgets, providing regular updates on health plan tracking.
  • Integrate expertise from various departments to enhance client relationships and exceed expectations.
  • Assist clients in navigating compliance regulations related to employee benefits.
  • Engage in face-to-face meetings with clients as necessary.
  • Promote a positive image of the company within the community.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients through networking and community involvement.
Vendor Relations:
  • Establish strong partnerships with insurance carriers and vendors, identifying opportunities for strategic collaboration.
  • Act as an advocate for clients, addressing issues and concerns with vendors as they arise.
Team Collaboration:
  • Support the professional growth of team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
  • Coordinate client work among Senior Consultants, Consultants, and Account Managers.
  • Demonstrate leadership within the team and contribute to agency-wide initiatives.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures in all job functions.
  • Monitor performance metrics and assist with training and meetings as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or HR Management preferred, or equivalent experience. Active Life & Health Insurance license required or must be obtained within three months of hire.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years in life/health, employee benefits, or provider organizations.
