Job Overview

Objective:

As a key member of the Wealth Management Division, the Wealth Advisor is instrumental in fostering business development, enhancing client satisfaction, and ensuring client loyalty. This position entails acquiring new households through effective management of a lead pipeline, utilizing company-sponsored educational events, networking dinners, and social gatherings. The Wealth Advisor guides potential clients through the New Client Core Process, which includes qualifying leads, conducting discovery sessions, presenting proposals, and overseeing the closing and implementation phases. Furthermore, the Wealth Advisor ensures that the Wealth Management Core Process is adhered to by all team members, delivering services at a consistently high standard. This role is dedicated to instilling trust and confidence in clients and prospects, thereby facilitating long-term relationships that lead to client retention and referrals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the adherence to the New Client and Wealth Management Core Processes by all team members.
  • Enhance brand visibility by representing the firm in community leadership roles, engaging in outreach initiatives, and volunteering with various organizations.
  • Manage a diverse pipeline of leads through various channels, including warm calls, referrals from existing clients, and networking opportunities.
  • Deliver engaging presentations on wealth management topics at firm-sponsored events, effectively communicating the firm's unique offerings.
  • Host social events to strengthen relationships with clients and generate referrals.
  • Conduct client retention events aimed at reinforcing client confidence and satisfaction.
  • Participate in the Wealth Management Core Process, including goal-setting sessions and annual reviews.
  • Perform proactive outreach to clients, including annual portfolio reviews and regular check-ins.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing insights on market trends and available enhancements to their financial experience.
  • Lead investment management strategy discussions, addressing client inquiries regarding fees and billing.
  • Utilize CRM software to effectively manage client relationships and track interactions.
  • Set and maintain weekly performance goals related to calls, leads, proposals, and new client acquisitions.
  • Stay informed about regulatory policies to ensure compliance in all activities.
  • Collaborate with team members to align with the company's mission, values, and commitment to exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to qualify prospects and navigate the sales process effectively.
  • Strong presentation skills, capable of conveying information in a compelling manner that builds trust.
  • Persistence in pursuing sales opportunities and overcoming objections.
  • High level of sales acumen and understanding of investment strategies.
  • Leadership qualities to ensure consistent service delivery among team members.

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated sales experience.
  • Experience in financial services, particularly as a financial advisor or wholesaler, is required.
  • Series 65 or equivalent certification to be obtained shortly after hiring.
