Job Overview:
The Client Relationship Specialist will be part of a relationship-driven service team, dedicated to providing exceptional support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients through various communication channels, ensuring their inquiries are addressed promptly.
- Guide clients in navigating online platforms and utilizing Treasury Management products effectively.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of banking systems and participate in ongoing training to enhance expertise.
Essential Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in financial services.
- Knowledge of banking, particularly in treasury management or loan services.
- Strong customer service abilities, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
Basic Qualifications:
- Associate degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Three to five years of experience in the financial services sector.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Outstanding customer service and conflict resolution capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with department-specific systems.
- Advanced knowledge of departmental and banking products and services.
