Job Title: Senior Change Manager

At Goli Tech, we are seeking a seasoned change management professional to drive organizational improvements. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience applying Prosci's ADKAR model, Kotter, Agile methodologies, and organizational behavior principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead change initiatives using Prosci ADKAR, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies to drive business outcomes.
  • Establish and manage an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Community of Practice to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Develop and implement communication strategies and change impact assessments to ensure effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Facilitate stakeholder interviews, empathy sessions, and process improvement workshops to drive change adoption.
  • Design and execute new hire onboarding, mentoring, and buddy programs to ensure a smooth transition for new team members.
  • Create and conduct ADKAR survey assessments to monitor change adoption and identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead training webinars, workshops, and collaborative events to promote knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Manage collaboration tools such as FigJam, Mural, MS Team Whiteboard, JIRA, and Confluence to facilitate team collaboration.
  • Provide expertise in SAFe PI Planning and agile project management to drive business outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Change management experience with a proven track record of driving business outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of Prosci's ADKAR model, Kotter, Agile methodologies, and organizational behavior principles.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
