Senior Associate, Federal Change Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our Federal Advisory practice at KPMG. As a Senior Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our clients in the federal sector with their change management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Process Improvement: Identify and document existing processes in support of defined process improvement initiatives, providing support through process improvement methods such as mapping, analysis, reporting, and data collection.
- Change Management: Support change management-focused initiatives and workstreams for federal clients, leveraging industry expertise and addressing complex issues.
- Transformation Delivery: Support teams to deliver transformation delivery and supporting services, coaching and mentoring team members for high performance.
- Policy Projects: Support development and execution of change management plans, including communications, training, impact assessments, and stakeholder engagement.
- A minimum of three years of relevant work experience related to change management/policy.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
- Experience implementing process improvement and change initiatives.
- Lean Six Sigma Certification preferred.
- Strong understanding of business processes, project management methodologies, and leading practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to establish rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to travel as required to support firm engagements.
- U.S. citizenship required and an active U.S. Federal government TS/SCI + Poly security clearance.
