Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the culinary team to achieve our goals and create a relaxed destination
  • Possess complete knowledge and ensure timely execution of all food menus/recipes
  • Provide constructive performance feedback and facilitate the implementation of company training programs

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of high volume culinary/hospitality experience
  • Current food handler's card and other certification as required by federal/state/local law
  • Knowledge of food/restaurant service skills, including storage and rotation, food preparation, recipe adherence, plate presentation, and service and production time standards

Essential Physical Requirements:

  • Lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently
  • Bending/stooping/kneeling required – frequently
  • Routine standing for duration of shift
