Executive Culinary Manager

The Italiano is seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Executive Chef in planning and directing food preparation, ensuring that all dishes meet our quality standards.
- Develop and implement menus that showcase our Italian cuisine expertise.
- Lead a team of kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless service.
- Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring that our kitchen is always well-stocked.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and high customer satisfaction.
- 4+ years of experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine, cooking methods, and ingredients.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- BS degree in culinary science or related field preferred.
