About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the healthcare solutions space. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our team and drive business growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, building and maintaining relationships with key clients and partners, and driving revenue growth through new business development and upselling/cross-selling existing customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Maintain accurate sales data and reporting to track progress against goals and objectives
Requirements
  • 10+ years of progressive sales experience, with at least 5 years in a senior sales leadership role
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive market
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating large sales teams
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM systems and sales analytics tools
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable sales plans
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the healthcare industry or related field
  • Familiarity with medical cost containment solutions and pharmacy benefit management
  • Knowledge of managed care and health insurance principles
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
