General Manager (GM) Stretch and Sales Director

Compensation

$50,000 to $70,000/YR +Bonuses

We are looking for a driven and hardworking individual to lead our MYRTLE BEACH team. Stretch Zone is the pioneer in practitioner assisted stretching. Our locations span across the country and we continue to grow everyday. We are seeking out individuals versed in fitness, club management and club membership sales with an exercise science background. If selected, applicants must be able to successfully complete training where they will learn our modalities as well as how to successfully manage a Stretch Zone region. We are seeking an experienced hands-on manager that leads our team by example and is not afraid to lead. initiate and direct the sales of Stretch Zone memberships to interested prospects. The compensation package includes a base, sales bonuses and commission. Benefits include PTO, matching 401k, life and accident insurance package, health and diagnostics package and free stretches.

Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities

Energetic, forward thinking and creative individual with high ethical standards and an appropriate professional image.

Knowledge of financial models and budget preparation

Well organized and self-directed team player

Exercise /Kinesiology and Physiology background with health related sales experience preferred

Good educator who is trustworthy and willing to share information and serve as a mentor

Detail oriented individual who is committed to developing people and building a team of professionals.

Strategic contributor in long and short range sales planning and implementation.

Effective listening skills necessary to elicit options and ideas in support of team building relationships.

Hands on leader with sales skills, must be able to demonstrate stretch techniques to prospects and clients and oversee team members

Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets- driving revenue to each Stretch Zone studio in the region.
