Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team at Sparkademy.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating interest through direct communication using various online and offline channels, sourcing, connecting with, and closing deals with corporate clients. This role requires being proactive, creative, likeable, persuasive, and willing to walk the extra mile.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fully understand what value our solution provides to whom.
  • Understand the market and have first conversations with prospects.
  • Be a professional at using our CRM and all the other tools we use.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of opening doors & generating business in the US market.
  • Experience selling to enterprise clients and closing 6 to 7 figure deals.
  • Self-motivated and driven by targets.
  • Ability to independently and effectively prioritize potential opportunities.
  • Courage and creativity to find new ways of generating business.
  • Expertise in digital technologies.
  • Expertise in lifelong learning, corporate education, and digital education.
  • 10+ years of B2B experience in sales.
  • Experience in a client- and network-intensive consulting role.
  • Experienced or lead corporate transformation efforts.
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.

What We Offer

A competitive salary of $120,000 per year, plus benefits and bonuses based on performance. The estimated annual compensation is around $160,000, including base salary and variable incentives.
