Job Overview: As a Sales Director at Lenox Roofing Solutions, you will be responsible for leading our sales team to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Your primary objective is to ensure the team meets daily sales budgets and objectives, driving high levels of performance across all sales activities.

Key Responsibilities include:
1. Sales Performance & Goal Achievement: Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Track team progress, forecast sales, and provide regular updates to senior management. Identify and implement strategies to improve sales processes, close rates, and conversion metrics.
2. Team Leadership & Development: Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with each sales team member to review performance, provide coaching, and offer feedback. Develop team members' skills through ongoing training and mentorship. Motivate the team to foster a positive, high-energy, and results-oriented work environment. Recognize and reward top performers, while also addressing performance issues promptly and constructively.
3. Sales Strategy & Operations: Collaborate with senior management to develop sales strategies and campaigns tailored to market trends and customer needs. Manage the day-to-day operations of the sales division, ensuring smooth processes and proper resource allocation. Monitor customer feedback and industry trends to identify opportunities for new business and areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal requirements in all sales practices.
4. Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry. They should have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Ability to travel within the U.S. for business purposes is required.
