Sales Director for Roofing Solutions

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Leader to join our dynamic team in the roofing industry.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the performance of the sales division, ensuring daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets are met, and leading a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and collective goals. This position requires strong leadership skills, a focus on team success, and a deep understanding of the roofing industry and sales best practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Performance & Goal Achievement: Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Team Leadership & Development: Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with each sales team member to review performance, provide coaching, and offer feedback.
- Sales Strategy & Operations: Collaborate with senior management to develop sales strategies and campaigns tailored to market trends and customer needs.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.
- A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- An excellent understanding of U.S. work authorization laws and regulations.
This role offers a competitive base salary of $100,000 per year, plus performance-based incentives. A comprehensive benefits package, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth and advancement are also included.
