Position Overview: We are in search of a dedicated Hybrid Paralegal who is enthusiastic about positively impacting families and their loved ones. The successful candidate will possess experience in general Trust Administration, Estate Planning, Conservatorships, and Court Supervised matters. This position merges traditional paralegal responsibilities with administrative functions, ensuring a varied and stimulating work environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist attorneys in case planning, development, and management.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents.
  • Interview clients to gather pertinent facts and information.
  • Collect, compile, and analyze technical information to provide independent recommendations to supervising attorneys.
  • Organize and manage case files and documentation efficiently.
  • Provide administrative support as needed, including coordinating meetings and maintaining records.
  • Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Maintain client confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in estate planning and probate.
  • Preferred experience with Court and Non-Court Supervised Trust Administration and Conservatorships.
  • Strong drafting skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Exceptional work ethic and a commitment to excellence.
  • Experience with and a keen focus on billable hours.
  • Positive demeanor, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Compassionate and patient approach to client interactions.
