Key Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in case planning, development, and management.
- Conduct legal research and draft various legal documents.

- Organize and manage case files and documentation effectively.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including coordinating meetings and maintaining records.

Qualifications:
- Ideally, 3+ years of experience in estate planning and probate.
- Preferred experience with Court and Non-Court Supervised Trust Administration and Conservatorships.

- Experience with and a keen focus on billable hours.
- Positive demeanor, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
