Job Overview:

We are in search of a knowledgeable Estate Planning attorney who is committed to positively impacting clients' lives and enjoys collaborating with families. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Trust Administration, Estate Planning, Conservatorships, and matters requiring Court supervision. As a member of our firm, you will engage with a dedicated team of professionals, contribute to significant work, and build a rewarding career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Trust Administration, Estate Planning, Conservatorships, and Court-related matters
  • Prepare legal documents with meticulous attention to detail
  • Operate both independently and in collaboration with the support team
  • Maintain a balanced workload with a target of 1,400 billable hours annually
  • Offer compassionate and understanding support to clients during difficult times
  • Ensure organized and efficient work processes
  • Participate in conferences and ongoing training and mentoring opportunities

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in estate planning and probate
  • Familiarity with both Court and Non-Court Supervised Trust Administration and Conservatorships is preferred
  • Must be licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
  • Strong drafting capabilities with a keen eye for detail
  • A solid work ethic and a desire to excel
  • Experience managing billable hours effectively
  • A positive demeanor, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • A compassionate and patient approach
