Position Overview: We are in search of a skilled Hybrid Paralegal who is dedicated to positively impacting the lives of families and their loved ones. The successful candidate will possess experience in general Trust Administration, Estate Planning, Conservatorships, and Court Supervised matters. This position merges traditional paralegal responsibilities with administrative functions, ensuring a varied and engaging work environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist attorneys in the planning, development, and management of cases.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents.
  • Interview clients to gather pertinent facts and information.
  • Collect, compile, and analyze technical information to provide independent recommendations to supervising attorneys.
  • Organize and manage case files and documentation effectively.
  • Provide administrative support as necessary, including coordinating meetings and maintaining records.
  • Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Maintain client confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Ideally, 3+ years of experience in estate planning and probate.
  • Experience with both Court and Non-Court Supervised Trust Administration and Conservatorships is preferred.
  • Strong drafting abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Exceptional work ethic and a commitment to excellence.
  • Experience with and strong focus on billable hours.
  • Positive demeanor, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Compassionate and patient approach to client interactions.
