Work Arrangement: Remote

The Marketing Solutions Project Manager (MSPM) plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of prioritized marketing initiatives as defined through collaborative planning sessions with dedicated teams and communicated by the Marketing Solutions Lead. This position demands exceptional project management, organizational, and communication capabilities.

The MSPM will work closely with the Marketing Solutions Lead to ascertain project delivery timelines and will liaise with cross-functional team members to formulate comprehensive project plans, tasks, and progress updates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver on prioritized projects and initiatives of the business unit.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and workflows.
  • Identify project requirements and assess technical feasibility.
  • Manage key client interactions, including kick-offs, reviews, and approvals to ensure timely project advancement.
  • Create and sustain detailed project documentation.
  • Oversee project timelines and key milestones to consistently meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Review client change requests and provide feedback regarding schedule, effort, and budget implications.
  • Present creative executions and gather feedback.
  • Represent the interests of the business unit in interactions with cross-functional team members.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities to leverage past materials or guide business partners to self-service options.
  • Provide consistent project status communications to both business units and dedicated team members.
  • Ensure all reports, milestones, and tasks are updated in the project management tool for the Marketing Solutions Lead.

Required Skills:

  • Strong people and project management skills, including project plan development.
  • Excellent resource management capabilities.
  • Familiarity with cross-functional marketing disciplines (content, paid media, web, multimedia).
  • Understanding of the video production process is preferred.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3-5 years of industry experience in project management, preferably within marketing.
  • Project management certification preferred (e.g., CSM, CSP, PMP, SAFe).
