Job Title: Senior Marketing Intelligence Manager

At Virgin Voyages, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Intelligence Manager to spearhead the development, implementation, and management of comprehensive marketing analytics distribution. This role entails gathering business requirements, deeply understanding the business landscape, and guiding stakeholders through essential marketing measurement strategies with both quantitative and qualitative approaches.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Measure and implement key performance indicators for marketing initiatives, ensuring the ability to draw fact-based conclusions.
  • Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of marketing data from various sources, including digital campaigns, customer surveys, social media, and CRM systems.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Develop and execute data strategies for marketing initiatives, leveraging both new and existing systems.
  • Automate and optimize recurring analytical processes to improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, finance, and product development, to align analytics initiatives with business goals.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing recommendations for optimization and improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Marketing, Data Science, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in marketing performance analysis, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision-making.
  • Proven experience managing complex, data-driven marketing projects and developing growth and demand strategies across various marketing channels, including paid search, paid social, media, and email marketing.
  • Prior experience in the cruise industry or related is preferred, but not required.
  • Experience in marketing analytics roles that involve leveraging both in-house and external analytics resources for comprehensive marketing analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable strategies for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects concurrently, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Data Studio, or equivalent.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, including the ability to write and optimize complex queries.
  • Demonstrated experience in applying both qualitative and quantitative research methods to inform marketing strategies.
