Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Transportation Specialist to join our team at CBRE. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing transportation services to our clients, including loading and delivering materials to multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver office furniture to client locations and assemble as needed
  • Keep travel logs and service records up to date
  • Complete all assigned training and certifications
  • Respond to client inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
  • Assist with installation and modification of building furniture systems
  • Coordinate furniture deliveries from warehouse to regions
  • Track and review inbound and outbound work orders and warehouse activity for quality control
  • Provide freight quotes for furniture deliveries
  • Pull product from warehouse and stage near dock for next day pickup

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience
  • Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • DOT Medical card or ability to obtain one
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
