Job Description

New England Life Care is a leading home infusion therapy provider in New England, committed to delivering exceptional patient care and quality services. We are seeking a skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team and drive growth in our Boston South region.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health product sales and/or home infusion therapy sales, with a minimum of five years of experience. They will be responsible for establishing relationships with our nursing, CCRC, and intake teams, as well as external partners, to promote our programs and services and drive business growth.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. They will also have a strong understanding of federal and state fraud and abuse laws, as well as HIPAA Privacy and Security Regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow accounts and territory to meet or exceed quarterly and annual performance goals.
  • Ensure the effective promotion of company products and services to all referral sources.
  • Develop and implement member-specific plans to network, consult, and promote NELC services throughout the institution.
  • Review monthly performance results with the Director of Case Management and other hospital department heads.
  • Work with supervisor to identify quarterly performance goals and meet or exceed identified goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum five years of health product sales experience and/or home infusion therapy sales experience required.
  • Management experience required.
