Job Summary

Mission Health is recruiting a talented Child and Adolescent Mental Health Specialist to join our behavioral health team in Asheville, North Carolina.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Collaborative Care Management (CoCM) consultation with employed primary care integrated clinicians.
  • Participate in teaching and supervision as part of new residency training program through MAHEC, with academic appointment possible.
  • Work effectively in a 24-bed Child & Adolescent Unit with a 7 On/7 Off schedule and 10-hour shifts.

  • The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of $260,000 per year, driven by MGMA data and industry benchmarking.
