Insurance Account Specialist

As a successful State Farm Agent, we are seeking a qualified professional to join our winning team as an Insurance Account Position - State Farm Agent Team Member. We are looking for an energetic and motivated individual who is interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, providing exceptional service and support as needed.
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and provide personalized recommendations.
- Develop and execute strategies to identify customer needs, develop leads, and market appropriate products and services.
- Maintain a strong work ethic and demonstrate a total commitment to success each and every day.
