Insurance Account Manager

Job Description
As an Account Representative at Kevin Lowber - State Farm Agent, you will play a crucial role in driving our daily operations and ensuring the success of our valued customers. You will be at the forefront of building strong client relationships and facilitating communication between our clients and various agency departments.
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to enhance retention and drive growth.
- Conduct thorough policy reviews and offer tailored recommendations that meet client needs.
- Tackle and resolve complex customer issues with confidence and expertise.
- Utilize your knowledge of our diverse insurance products to effectively recommend, explain, and sell policies to both warm and cold leads.
- Generate new leads, schedule appointments, and pinpoint customer needs to market the perfect products and services.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in insurance sales or account management is preferred.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to foster customer trust and loyalty.
- A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving results.
- Enthusiasm for engaging in sales conversations and helping clients find the right solutions.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- People-oriented and detail-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
This is a remote position, and employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents' employees are not employees of State Farm.
