Our 38,000 square foot facility in Houston, Texas, serves the 48 contiguous US states, facilitating cost-effective logistics and processing of ITAD and e-waste assets for clients.

The Role

We are seeking an Ecommerce Listing Specialist to join our team. This role will work closely with our logistics, procurement, customer service, and warehouse departments to list and sell items via online sales outlets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering information about inventory items for sale, photographing, and developing e-commerce listings with written descriptions of our products. They will also be responsible for uploading these items to predetermined marketplaces, developing strategies for successful listing and boosting sales, and tracking sales performance and other metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage e-commerce marketplace operations and relations
  • Create, manage, and optimize listings for maximum visibility and effectiveness
  • Maintain and improve listings to increase product ranking
  • Monitor competition across e-commerce platforms
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely manner
