Job Overview

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Website Content Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our content team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of product detail page content through a third-party provider, adhering to budget and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with major brands to acquire digital imagery and other assets to support the completion of product pages.
  • Manage daily, weekly, and future task lists for product content and image completion.
  • Foster strong working relationships with vendors and internal partners to obtain necessary images, data, and materials for website pages.
  • Partner with the Content Specialist and merchandising teams to activate significant product launches in line with brand guidelines and competitive demands.
  • Remain flexible and innovative; duties may evolve, requiring the team member to take on additional projects within Omnichannel Content.
Requirements
  • High School diploma required.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred, or equivalent years of related work experience.
  • Preferred experience in eCommerce, retail, brand management, marketing, project management, or a related area.
Preferred Skills
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and ability to meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented approach and a passion for the business.
  • Proficiency in Excel is preferred.
  • Ability to analyze and integrate large amounts of complex information into clear and concise presentations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with various levels of stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Proven adaptability to company culture.
Physical Requirements & Attendance
  • Adequate hearing and vision to perform job duties.
  • Adhere to company work hours, policies, and professional conduct standards.
