Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Document Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Land Administration team, you'll be responsible for database management and document generation, ensuring that all right of way data is accurate and up-to-date.

Responsibilities
  • Assure that Land files are kept in accordance with the Land Procedure and oversee all Land administration.
  • Oversee, mentor, and manage the day-to-day operation of the Document Specialist team.
  • Request user permissions and promptly remove user permissions when the user leaves the project.
  • Assist the Manager in producing land acquisition cost totals and forecasts for the project when required.
  • Prepare ownership, survey permission, and construction line lists.
  • Prepare releases and subordinations for mortgages and liens when required by the approved Project Procedures.
  • Administer line list reports, survey restrictions reports, and construction restrictions reports.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in real property related field preferred, completed training by an authorized real estate company, training courses offered by the IRWA, or paralegal certification is a plus.
  • Multiple years of experience as a document specialist, with exceptional database, spreadsheet, and document generation experience.
  • High degree of proficiency in PC operation, including spreadsheet and word processing, and experience in database software programs.
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative and assertiveness, plan and manage work in an efficient manner, and work well under stress and time pressures.
