Global Marketing Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Global Commercial Marketing Programs team at Agilent Technologies, a high-performance team that drives innovation and growth in the market. As a Global Marketing Manager for the Chemistries & Supplies Division, you will play a key role in developing and executing global marketing programs to drive growth and improve customer experience.
This position requires a strong understanding of the customers' buying journey and experience in defining and driving a marketing program strategy to bring new products to market with a focus on digital readiness. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze market and customer data, develop strategic customer-centric messaging, and create innovative marketing programs and campaigns to drive growth.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute global marketing programs to drive growth and improve customer experience.
- Collaborate with Regional Marketing Program Managers to analyze market and customer data and develop effective program development strategies.
- Work with Product Managers and marketing communications professionals to develop strategic customer-centric messaging and positioning.
- Manage marketing budgets and identify target audiences and offers for programs.
- Define and drive SEM strategy.
- Measure and evaluate the short- and long-term impacts and return on investment of programs.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Chemistry, Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in commercial marketing, with a proven track record of developing B2B marketing programs and campaigns.
- Strong results orientation, project management, and interpersonal skills.
- Clear and compelling writing skills, strong oral communication skills, and content presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of individuals cross-organizationally, cross-functionally, and within a global matrix.
