Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager II to join our Global Capital Markets team at M&T Bank. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and daily administration of assigned Global Capital Markets accounts of varying complexity and importance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage client relationships to ensure exceptional service and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate activities related to monitoring risks and ensuring regulatory compliance for assigned accounts.
  • Review and analyze financial data to identify areas for revenue growth and implement approved fee increases, fee discounts, and waivers.
  • Partner with internal teams to develop and implement business products and processes.
  • Provide coverage and support for other Relationship Managers within the team as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years' client service experience in Global Capital Markets products or markets.
  • High level of proficiency with personal computers and pertinent software.
  • Prior experience reading, analyzing, and interpreting legal documents.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • CCTS (Certified Corporate Trust Specialist) certification.
  • Managerial or leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated sense of ownership in jobs or projects.
What We Offer

M&T Bank is committed to fair, competitive, and market-informed pay for our employees. The pay range for this position is $87,122.42 Annual (USD). The successful candidate's particular combination of knowledge, skills, and experience will inform their specific compensation.
