We are currently in search of a seasoned Executive Administrative Coordinator who will primarily support the operations of the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC)/LP.
The AFLCMC Propulsion Directorate, AFLCMC/LP, is tasked with the collective mission of the Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) to develop, acquire, test, field, sustain, and modernize advanced propulsion systems throughout their life cycle for the United States military and international allies.
To address current and anticipated workload demands in propulsion support, the Government seeks to enhance its organic capabilities at AFLCMC/LP through Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS).
The LP Directorate consists of three divisions: Propulsion Acquisition Division (AFLCMC/LPA), Propulsion Sustainment Division (AFLCMC/LPS), and Propulsion Integration Division (AFLCMC/LPZ).
As part of AFLCMC, the Propulsion Directorate was established to restore essential management of propulsion engines across the United States Air Force (USAF) enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities encompass, but are not limited to, the following tasks:
- Deliver administrative support for branch, division, and directorate operations utilizing strong professional and business communication skills.
- Exhibit self-motivation and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Demonstrate exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Possess an understanding of professional services and intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Show expertise with DTS, AFRIMS, and SharePoint.
- Utilize strong interpersonal skills and above-average verbal and written communication abilities.
Complete necessary administrative tasks to support operations, including:
- Tracking IPT staffing and preparing organizational charts.
- Data entry functions (including Comprehensive Cost and Requirement System [CCaR]).
- Integrating information into required reports.
- Generating and maintaining training requirements, files, forms, and established file plans (both paper and electronic).
- Processing mail (receiving, signing for, and distributing both classified and unclassified mail).
- Preparing correspondence according to standard government formats.
- Managing and operating facsimile, printing, and copying equipment.
- Ordering supplies and equipment.
Adhere to established security protocols related to the handling and safeguarding of classified materials.
Assist in utilizing USAF standard desktop computers and operating systems to create databases, spreadsheets, graphics, and other specialized products, as well as facilitate the use of standardized automated forms such as travel orders (including Defense Travel System [DTS]) and performance reports.
Support the preparation of weekly reports, monthly activity reports, and bi-monthly ISR reports.
Assist in drafting award nominations, submission packages, and various required formats.
Contribute to the planning, preparation, editing, creation, and publication of finished products, including program documentation, plans, directives, reports, briefings, and other presentations (both technical and non-technical; classified and unclassified) in the requested media and format.
Assist in performing the duties of the Record Custodian (RC), including establishing and maintaining master files (both paper and electronic) and file plans for program data (both classified and unclassified) to facilitate tracking and resolution of operational issues.
Ensure non-disclosure agreements are maintained for all contractors with active contracts within the division.
Support the establishment, implementation, and maintenance of organizational Operating Instructions (OIs).
Assist with the ordering of office supplies through inventory management, gathering requests for supplies, and preparing itemized lists for supplies and equipment to be procured by the Government office to fulfill its mission.
Qualifications:
Clearance:
Must possess or be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
Master's or Doctorate Degree in a related field with ten (10) years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline, five (5) of which must be in the DoD; OR
Bachelor's Degree in a related field with twelve (12) years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline, five (5) of which must be in the DoD; OR
Fifteen (15) years of directly related experience with appropriate certifications, eight (8) of which must be in the DoD.
Working Conditions:
May require lifting up to 15 lbs.
May involve walking or traveling across the work location.
May necessitate standing for extended periods.
