Portfolio Administration Coordinator

Job Summary
As a Portfolio Administration Coordinator at MSCCN, you will be responsible for reviewing and maintaining critical location data, including financial and contractual obligations, as part of the lease administration process. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and abstract documents, including lease agreements and financial statements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lease information and data
- Provide guidance and training to newly hired team members
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure seamless communication and resolution of issues
Requirements
- 2+ years of commercial real estate experience
- Strong understanding of financial terms and lease terminology
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize multiple projects
