Job Requirements:
- Insurance Sales Experience: Proven track record in insurance sales is essential, with an understanding of the insurance industry and products beneficial. Current life and health licenses are a plus.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead, work alongside, and motivate a team of agents, with experience in mentoring or coaching highly desirable.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools, with familiarity with automation and AI-driven tools beneficial.
- Licensing: Licensed in multiple states with the ability and desire to expand.
- Customer Focused: Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
