About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Product Marketing Lead to join our Platform PMM team at Klaviyo. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for crafting differentiated positioning and messaging for our core data and platform infrastructure. You'll partner with the Product team as the voice of our customers, GTM teams, and the market to help shape product roadmaps. Your expertise will be essential in launching new, innovative features into market that cut through the noisy landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • Crafting compelling positioning and messaging for our data and platform infrastructure
  • Partnering with the Product team to shape product roadmaps and ensure customer needs are met
  • Launching new features into market that drive business results
  • Understanding the market landscape of customer data infrastructure and platform space
  • Building core sales and marketing assets, such as pitch decks and enablement trainings
  • Being an SME for our Sales teams in strategic deals that require deep technical information
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing for a highly technical product or time spent as a sales or solutions engineer
  • Deep understanding of data and platform infrastructure technologies and the landscape of vendors in the space
  • Ability to hold your own in conversations with our Product team and technical buyers
  • Experience in e-commerce and retail industries a plus
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $148,000 - $222,000 USD, plus benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, health savings accounts, flexible spending accounts, 401(k), flexible paid time off, and company-paid holidays.
